5 Restaurants to Visit in Napa

Everyone knows that Napa is nothing short of amazing in its wine selections. But, not everyone is aware of their amazing food selections as well! From sushi to burgers, to locally-sourced restaurants. There’s so much to choose from! If you’re looking for a restaurant in Napa that exceeds food expectations, while providing picturesque views – you’ll want to check out my choices of 5 restaurants to visit in Napa below!

Olive & Hay

I have nothing but raving reviews! The food was AMAZING (still craving that black truffle pizza) and the staff was beyond outstanding.

They use local Napa Valley ingredients to give you a farm-to-table menu experience. And what’s better than homemade and homegrown Italian cuisine?!

Located in the Meritage Hotel right here in Napa, I definitely recommend checking this out on your way through.

Gott’s Roadside

Cheeseburger in paradise?! I think Jimmy Buffet may have been talking about Gotts Roadside! Their California-inspired dishes and seasonal specials use locally sourced ingredients. Their local sourcing even goes beyond food, and extends to the glass! They offer California wines ranging from Napa to San Diego.

When you check them out, be sure to try out a Cab Franc with your burger. It’s truly the perfect pairing – not too heavy, bright crunchy fruit and bright acidity, it is a refreshing summertime match.⁣

Avow

Avow is just magical! The aesthetics inside are absolutely gorgeous, featuring chic details like a tin ceiling, a beautiful old carved wooden mantel behind the bar, and plants. Lots of plants.  I’m still dreaming of their delicious Bone Marrow and the crispy duck (and I’m drooling about it as I dream!)

From the second floor, where their dining room is, you can gaze out at the Napa River, or head up to their third-floor bar for a rooftop patio experience.

A Napa must-see!

Eiko’s

Eiko’s delivers imaginative twists on traditional Japanese cuisine. It combines modern and authentic traditional Japanese cuisine including seasonal, fresh sustainable fish and ingredients delivered daily from local markets.

There’s a nice ambiance, great service, and most importantly – the food is delicious!

Angele

Angele brings the simple cuisine and warm hospitality of the French countryside to the Napa Valley. Located along the Napa River, the restaurant offers an inviting dining room as well as a cute outdoor waterfront patio.

Both their food and wine selections celebrate the best of both the French and American wine country. I personally recommend the tuna nicoise salad!
